Green Vanilla Mylkshake

DSC00405 e1308966502991 Green Vanilla Mylkshake

I was pretty surprised with myself when I realized that one of my favourite smoothies ever has never been posted! blank Green Vanilla Mylkshake I drink this every morning, and have for months now. It’s that freakin’ amazing.
As I’ve mentioned before with green smoothies, I promise that you will not taste the greens, but your body will love you for devouring them blank Green Vanilla Mylkshake This tastes like a thick vanilla mylkshake, but has nothing in it that your momma wouldn’t want you to eat!

Depending on my mood, sometimes I’ll add in the lemon extract, other times I’ll leave it out. Don’t add more than the recommended 1/2-1 tsp, though! Otherwise it may overpower your smoothie.

**exciting news!!** I was informed yesterday that I have been approved to sell my Char Stars in B.C. Farmer’s Markets!! I am another step closer to where I wanna be blank Green Vanilla Mylkshake :D

…now back to that smoothie ;)

Ingredients:1- 1 1/2 cups almond mylk, unsweetened

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbs vanilla

optional: 1/2-1 tsp lemon extract

1/4 cup frozen mango

1 cup spinach

1 ripebanana

Directions:

1) Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2) Sip. Taste. Swoon.

What are your favourite ways to get your greens in?

peace, love, food <3

Char, xo

  1. Very clean internet site , appreciate it for this post.

I am looking for vegan foods to mix with my slowly disappearing vegetarian and meats i still eat. I am not doing cold turkey as I am finding it hard to let go of meat but am doing it either way. I do not like the tainted meats in the stores anymore and am appalled at the way the food is treated and drugged up. I am making some almond milk now as I did my homework and found out drinking milk takes more calcium out of your bones than you get from it. It is so sad how the food industry has lied to us for so long and continue to.. Thanks for all the help you can give me to keep me on track to veganism. I will still cook and maybe later in the future do the raw thing. Thanks again. dl.
