- 1 1/4 cup almond pulp {from 2 batches almond mylk}
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup almond mylk
- 1 ripe banana, peeled & mashed
- 30 liquid stevia drops
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together all dry ingredients until mixed well.
- Add in the wet ingredients, stirring to combine.
- Use an ice cream scoop to shape balls and drop onto a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Devour. Keep leftovers in refrigerator.
